The restaurant can host private dinners, parties, and events for up to 250-seated guests. • Iced lemongrass infusion with hints of honey and ginger

Starter (Choose 1):

• Creole style fish terrine served with a tomato combava flavored coulis and mesclun leaves / Terrine de poisson à la créole servie d’un coulis de tomates au Combava et feuilles de mescluns
• Smoked chicken salad, crunchy seasonal vegetables served with a home-made dressing /
  Salade de poulet fumé, légumes de saison croquants servis d’une vinaigrette fait-maison

Main (Choose 1):

• Chicken ballotine with wild mushrooms, orange flavoured carrot purée served with sauteed local vegetables and thyme sauce / Ballotine de poulet aux champignons sauvages, purée de carottes à l’orange accompagnée de légumes sautés et une sauce au thym
