Conditions

  • The island is operational on a minimum number of 15 Pax due to logistics purpose
    • Individual clients will be regrouped on a specific date to match 15 Pax
  • The rates are based on a minimum of 15 paying adult guests. Should the number of adult guests decrease, LUX* Resorts & Hotels reserves the right to review the rates accordingly.
  • In case IDDC is closed due to bad weather, the cancellation fee will not be applied
  • No towel will be supplied on the island, guests should bring their own
  • Reservation: If the reservation is not made prior to arrival, the Hotel has the right to reschedule your day package
  • No cancellation charges up to 24 hours prior to client arrival
  • Full charge in the last 24 hours
  • Policies of the hotel must be followed, if not, the hotel has right to ask you to leave, no refund will be given
  • Complaints: If a customer is to file a complaint, it is valid if filed with the merchant prior to Check-out
  • A Mauritian ID card or Resident permit must be shown by all guests upon check-in at the hotel
  • Failure to do so will entitle the Hotel to charge the current public rate
